Catch As Catch Can (also known as CACC), the infamous quartet from the center of Germany, celebrates their tenth anniversary with a new release. 
To mark the occasion, they haven't been stingy and are also celebrating a premiere that's quiet as extravagant: Their first 10" record! 
Just like the last LP "Rational Anthems", the EP will be released by Hamburgs finest La Pochette Surprise Records, which together with CACC started the experiment to dig out the most uneconomical of all media from the poison chest of rock history. 
For CACC's tenth birthday, this extravagance is just good enough. The whole rig-outis contrasted by the title of the EP: NUDE. 

Are CACC showing their unadulterated side on the new EP - "unplugged", completely authentic and all that? Or are they just leading their audience on the wrong track with the title, only to surprise them in the back with dolled up, hysterical glam, egg and garage punk and torn up amplifiers? Probably the latter. Anyway tho... 

In 10 years, CACC have always been true to one thing: staying ambiguous! The four friends (not siblings, even if their name and attitude might suggest it) were already bored with flawless poses and pseudo-authenticity when they started out. Instead they present four hits full of wit, joy of playing, creative madness, missed exits, crazy solos, drum fills, smart lyrics, stupid lyrics, dolphin noises, leather, denim and everything else they hide underneath their clothes.
